Our Site Analysis and Assessment is designed to build a solid SEO foundation for both short term and long term results. We create a customize set of reports and recommendations that are specifically catered to your site. The site assessment is very comprehensive and covers everything from site architecture to link value analysis. We give you everything you need to implement a full SEO strategy. Our data and tools are proprietary; meaning we don’t rely on free or public tools or information to make our client recommendations. The data we give you comes from our testing network, our own search engine emulator, and from our own tools that have we have built and tested for accuracy and relevancy. We also make ourselves readily available to answer any and all of your questions during our engagement time. We recommend that clients perform one site assessment every 6 months and repeat clients receive special pricing.

Special projects or additions can be added on to the site assessment, such as a template analysis, website design recommendations, etc. We are also able to provide onsite SEO training and/or speaking (additions/special projects and onsite work are subject to additional fees).

The first step in our site analysis and assessment is to speak with you and your team to identify your goals and your SEO needs. During the strategy session we will go over your business and your expectations. We will also learn a bit more about your target market and audience. This will help us further customize the assessment to meet your needs.

Architecture and Code Structure

We provide you with a full list of issues and solutions that have to deal with your site architecture and site structure. This is necessary to build a solid SEO foundation for your site, both for short term and long term gains.

Duplicate Content

This is one of the biggest issues with sites that are indexed in Google. We want to make sure that search engines understand that your pages’ content and relevancy is unique.

Site Crawlability and Indexing

It’s important to remember that search engines are robots that deal with pieces of information and data. Site crawlability and indexing optimization makes sure that search engines are able to see and pull the proper elements from your site so that you can better target your keywords and phrases.

Keyterm Analysis and Co-occurrences.

We will provide you with a list of your current rankings for your top 10 keywords (unless you request otherwise). In addition to giving you a rankings report we will also give you the co-occurrence terms (for each of the 10 keywords) that you will need to use in your content and links in order to improve your rankings for your target terms. We use our own proprietary keyword triangulation process to give you all of this information. This involves using our own data, your data, and Google data.

Competitive Intelligence

This is a report for your top 5 competitors for your 10 most targeted keyterms. The report includes key SEO metrics that reveal competitor SEO strengths and weaknesses.

Term Focus and Distribution

Having a list of target keyterms is not enough. You need to know where to distribute the terms within your content and how to connect them to increase their relevancy. We give you guidelines and recommendations on how to do this effectively.

Page Relevancy Analysis

We will go through your entire site and tell you what pages Google considers to be most relevant for your target keyterms. This will make sure that you are spending your optimization time and efforts on the correct pages, without guess work. This will also reveal what pages you can use to support your main target pages. Understanding what pages Google considers to be the most relevant on your site will allow you to achieve great SEO success.

Meta Data

Here will give you the guidelines and recommendations for how to create and structure your title tags, meta descriptions, and meta keywords. We will also include industry specific metrics that will give you a competitive advantage for those target terms.

Link Profile Analysis

We will go through your incoming links to give you an idea of which links are poor, fair, satisfactory, good, or excellent. This will show you the current status and quality of your link profile

12 Industry specific values from which you have the option of basing your optimization strategy. We will give you the current variables at the time of your assessment for your main target term.

SEO prioritization plan

A document which will provide a list of prioritized action items that will be used for implementation. The prioritization plan will start with items that have the highest SEO impact and will work down from there. This will allow you to implement changes that can have a short term impact on your rankings first.

SEO work session

Once the site assessment is complete we will schedule a work session with the executive team to go over the site assessment document, answer any questions, and present our findings. We will also give you two weeks to work with our team on implementation.
